Well, we didn’t post our Tuesday event here, oops, but that’s now come and gone. 

Next Meeting:  Tue Nov20 3:45pm @ Civic Centre Raven Room - QYA Planning Meeting focussed on getting ready for the big, gay table at the city Garage Sale on Sat Nov24 (it’d be nice to get Guild-folks out too) - fundraising, visibility, and fun!

Planning Meeting this Tuesday, October 16th, 3:45pm at the Civic Centre Raven Room. Let’s talk about the last event, plan the next, and generally take a look at ourselves.

We could be better prepared for that meeting (and maybe hear some of the folks who can’t attend) if we look at and add comments to the Planning page of this site: see the tabs at the top left of this page. If you don’t remember the password, you can always add something to the more public Discussion page.

Tuesday, October 9th 6:30pm come to PRSS Room110 for pizza, good queer-positive company, and a movie. Posters should be up this week. Friends and newcomers always welcome.  Help spread the word.

Tuesday, Oct 16th 3:45pm is our organizing meeting at the Civic Centre Raven Room. It might be less fun than the movie night, but we’ll get to talk about how things went and plan our next event(s).

Well, due to bad planning there isn’t anything planned for an end of the season get together. Sorry guys.

Hey everyone.

The meeting today at Ziggy’s went well. It was decided that we will officially help out at the Nathan Cullen BBQ fundraiser at the end of July. The dates arent exact but anyone who can help please let us know.

We have decided to take a break from meeting over the summer. In the meantime we are hoping for a wrap-up BBQ next sunday the 24th. However that is not yet official as we are waiting on confirmation for a place to hold it. I’ll post as soon as we know for certain. We will resume meeting again in September, (there are a couple suggestions for comfortable, casual meeting places, though nothing diffinitive yet).

Hopefully we can get a Message Board up and running soon, so that anyone not able to attend meetings can give their input.

Thanks to everyone that came, and I’ll get back with diffinitive information ASAP.

The next meeing will be held Monday, June 18th. 3:30 p.m. at Ziggy’s. We will be discussing the summer schedule, if there is to be one, and the option of volunteering at the Nathan Cullen BBQ Fundraiser at the end of July.
